Background
Paul Bugembe is a Uganda-based lawyer and systems builder. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Diplomas in Law and in Accounting & Finance, is completing a Bachelor of Theology and the Postgraduate Bar Course at the Law Development Centre, and volunteers as an ICT lecturer at Harvest Bible University.
He founded Bugembe Systems SMC to bring that combination together: legal training, accounting, and hands-on software development, put to practical work for founders and institutions. That means registering and running compliant businesses, building systems that hold up in real production use, and teaching practical skills to people starting from zero.
What He's Built
- SIMS, a school management system running live across a multi-school project in Uganda
- Church and university administration systems in active daily use
- A core banking system handling real member savings and lending
- This site's own ICT training and legal study tools, described elsewhere on this site
Writing
He's the author of MINDSET: The Invisible Force Shaping Every Outcome, available now in paperback and digital editions.
