Built for a real school, not a demo
Not a prototype waiting for its first customer
SIMS grew out of software built for a real Ugandan school group and is now being opened up to other private schools. What you see on the site is what a real bursar, teacher, or head teacher logs into every day: student records, attendance, fees, payroll, and report cards, all in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and paper registers.
See It Live โOne System for the Whole School
Most schools run on a mix of exercise books, spreadsheets, and whatever the last person set up. That works until a bursar leaves, a report card deadline arrives, or a head teacher needs one number and has to ask three different people for it. SIMS puts student records, money, and communication behind one login, with each staff member seeing only what their role needs.
Every school gets its own branding on its own login page, its own data, and its own staff accounts, kept fully separate from every other school on the platform.
Currently running the full day-to-day operations of Kingstone Secondary School in Buikwe, Uganda, in daily production use, not a demo, with onboarding open for other Ugandan private schools.
Academics & Report Cards
Classes, streams, subjects, exams, and assessment, feeding straight into printed report cards on the school's own letterhead.
Attendance
Daily attendance registers, waivers, and support for biometric attendance devices where a school already has one.
Fees & Payments
Fee assessment, approval, invoicing, and a running per-student ledger, with MTN Mobile Money and other payment methods reconciled against it automatically.
Payroll & HR
Staff records, salary computation, and payslips, with disbursement straight to a staff member's mobile money account.
Health & Sick Bay
A digital sick-bay register: visits, vitals, treatment, medication, and discharge, with a bed-rest register kept in sync automatically.
Communication
SMS and email to parents and staff, sent and logged from inside the system, not a separate tool bolted on afterward.
Role-Based Access
Every screen and every write is gated by role on the server, not just hidden from a menu, enforced the same way for a head teacher, a bursar, or a class teacher.
Multi-School Ready
Built from day one to run several schools on one platform, each with its own branding, staff, and fully isolated data.

A real rollout, not a login and a manual
Staff trained on their own data, at their own desks
Bringing a school onto SIMS starts with getting real data in and staff comfortable using it, not handing over a password and hoping for the best. If you run a school and want to see whether SIMS fits how your school actually works, tell me a bit about it and I'll walk you through it.
